Blueprint – Fifth by Northwest Area Projects

Large capital improvement projects (CIPs) currently underway in support of Blueprint in the Fifth by Northwest area.

Sunrise Glenn Road Improvements
This project will re-construct streets using permeable pavement at several intersections. The goal is to provide detention and water quality improvement to rain water that will be redirected from the sanitary sewer system by future Blueprint projects. Construction is anticipated to begin second quarter of 2023 and last 540 days.

Sunrise/Glenn Area Green Infrastructure
This project will build rain gardens along several streets to provide detention and water quality improvement to rain water that will be redirected from the sanitary sewer system by future Blueprint projects. The project is expected to begin fourth quarter of 2023 and last 540 days.
