Designated ADA Coordinator
In accordance with Title II, of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the City of Columbus has designated an ADA Coordinator to oversee and coordinate the efforts of the City of Columbus to comply with Title II.


CACDI
The Columbus Advisory Committee on Disability Issues (CACDI)

Volunteer members, appointed by the Mayor serve three-year terms, adults with disabilities, immediate family members, or advocates whose names are recommended by the Committee may serve.  The Committee usually meets the fourth Thursday of each month, 2:00 pm, in downtown Columbus. Grievance Procedure
Grievance procedure established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in employment, practices and policies or the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by the City of Columbus.

In accordance with the requirements of title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), the City of Columbus will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs.
