Details: On April 10, 2013, at approximately 10:36 a.m., Columbus Police officers were dispatched to 1517 Duxberry Avenue on a shots fired call. As officers responded to the location, the dispatcher updated the call to a person being shot. Officers located the victim at 1502 East 26th Avenue.
