Details: On November 20, 2016, at approximately 10:16 p.m., Columbus Police officers were called to the rear of 329 S. Harris Avenue on the report of an unresponsive individual laying in the alley behind a garage. Upon arrival, officers located the victim, later identified as Katrina Huber, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound to the head. On November 23, 2016, Ms. Huber succumbed to her injuries and physicians at Mt. Carmel West Hospital pronounced Ms. Huber deceased.

Details: On July 20, 2016, at 4:37 p.m., Javonne Mundell was pronounced deceased at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. The Franklin County Coroner’s Office completed an autopsy on the victim.

Details: On November 11, 2016 at approximately 4:07 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to 5727 Emporium Square on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival two (2) victims were present and emergency medical treatment was requested. Columbus Fire transported Mr. Nurani to St. Ann's Hospital in life threatening condition. The second victim was transported to Grant Hospital in stable condition. At 4:30 p.m., Mr. Nurani was pronounced dead by hospital personnel.
