Details: On May 21, 2019, at approximately 12:31 a.m., Columbus Police Officers were summoned to 770 Kerr Street on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers found an unresponsive male victim, lying on the floor, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 1 arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim, later identified as Stephen A. Smith Jr., deceased at 12:40 a.m.

Details: On May 13, 2019, at 6:05PM, patrol officers were dispacthed to the rear of 966 E. 19th Ave on an unresponsive male. CFD Medic #18 responded and pronounced the male deceased at 6:11PM.

Incident Address: 60 [Block] Cotterview Dr.
Details: On May 9, 2019, at approximately 1:16PM, Columbus Police Officers were dispatched to the area of Cotterrew and Arnbrae Dr on a shooting. Upon arrival, officers were able to determine that the shooting occurred inside of 60 Cotterrew Dr. Apt#303. It was also learned that the shooting victim, was self transported by other victims, that were inside the residence along with Adam Casaid M/O 23, to Mount Carmel East Hospital in critical condition. The shooting victim, Brandon Fenton, later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced at 5:08pm.

Details: On May 8, 2019, at approximately 2:25 a.m., Columbus Police Officers were summoned to the area of 807 Fairwood Avenue on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers found a male victim, inside a parked vehicle, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. CFD Medic 15 arrived at the scene and transported the victim, later identified as Marquise Antwaun Lanier, to Grant Medical Center in extremely critical condition. On May 8, 2019 at approximately 2:56 a.m., Mr. Lanier succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at Grant Medical Center by attending physicians.

Details: On the above listed date and time, Patrol responded to the above address on an unknown complaint of a body against a fence. Upon arrival, they found the victim in the alley behind 1331 Gault Street. The victim had been shot and was shortly thereafter pronounced dead by Columbus Fire EMS #14.
