Details: On Friday, November 26, 2021, at 12:31PM, Columbus Police Officers were called to the 700 block of Reinhard Ave. on a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 39-year-old Christopher Miller suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 815 transported Miller to Grant Medical Center in critical condition, where he was pronounced deceased at 1:15PM. Miller was in a parked vehicle in the 700 block of Reinhard Ave. when he became involved in a confrontation with another male. During the altercation, the male produced a handgun and shot Miller before fleeing the scene. It is unknown what prompted the altercation.

Details: On November 22, 2021, at approximately 9:27pm, officers were dispatched to the 4300 Block of Malin Dr. W on a report of shots fired. Officers responded to the area and found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers rendered aid until Columbus Fire Medic #24 arrived. The victim was transported to Riverside Hospital in critical condition. Despite receiving lifesaving medical treatment the victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 12:49am.

Details: On November 8, 2021, at 11:28 a.m., the victim entered the Target on Morse Crossing and made a purchase at the Starbucks. He exited the store and was waiting out front when a male black wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and gray or tan long pants, approached him and shot him. The suspect left in a dark colored sedan, possibly a Chevrolet Impala. The victim died at scene.

Details: On November 4, 2021, at 8:59pm, Columbus Police Officers were dispatched to the 2000 block of Willamont Ave on the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, Mr. Rycheous McKinney M/B/16yoa, in the rear of the location suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Grant Medical Center in critical condition. Despite receiving life-saving medical treatment, Mr. McKinney succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 9:32pm. At this time, investigators are attempting to determine the circumstances associated to this incident, and are seeking person(s) of interest.

Details: On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 11:41PM, Columbus Police Officers were called to the 1600 block of Patton Ave. on a report of shots fired. On arrival, officers found the decedent, D.P., a 39-year-old male, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. CFD Medic 8 responded and pronounced D.P. deceased at 12:11AM. The initial investigation has revealed that D.P. had left a club just prior to the shooting. Other patrons inside the club heard gunshots shortly after D.P. left, located D.P. nearby, and called for help.
