Details: On March 17, 2022, at 9:50pm, Patrol Officers responded to the area of S High and E Innis Ave. on a male down and out, possibly a shooting. Upon arrival, Officers located the victim, Mr. Demarion Alexander, in front of the 1700 Block of South High St. suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Mr. Alexander was transported to a local area hospital in critical condition. Despite receiving emergency medical care, Mr. Alexander was pronounced deceased at 10:22pm.

Officers arrived at scene and found the victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Columbus Fire Department, EMS 13, arrived at scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 9:26pm.
