Where can I make a payment?

Features available include:

  • Customer newsletter, letters and other communications

You can also make payments at the Michael B. Colemen Government Center at 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, Ohio, 43215. The Public Office is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There is an after hours Drop Box and free short-term parking is available in the garage across Long Street.

There a over 125 other locations authorized to accept your utility bill, including many Kroger, Meijer, Giant Eagle, Walgreens, and others. Visit Western Union or call 1-800-325-6000 for the most up-to-date listing. Note: There is a $2 convenience fee at these locations.

If your door has been tagged for nonpayment, you must call 614-645-8276 to stop termination of water service.

My bill can't be this high, can you send someone out to check for leaks?

How do I get a discount on my bill when I fill my pool?

Unfortunately, there is no discount for water or sewer when you fill a pool, unless you have already installed an auxiliary sewer meter. The Customer Service Center can give you more information on auxiliary sewer meters. The number is 614-645-8276.

I received a letter that my check was returned.

Why are you putting a lien on my property for a past due water/sewer bill?

Periodically, the Sewer Division will place liens on properties for unpaid sewer charges that are over 90-days past due. If you have concerns because you recently took ownership of the property our Customer Service Center can better assist you. The number is 614-645-8276.

There is an item on my credit report from your organization. Can you explain it to me?
