Blueprint Linden – TSS Regional Bioretention Basins

This project will construct bioretention basins on multiple City owned properties throughout the North Linden area.

The proposed basins are located:

  • 2399-2411 Bancroft Street
  • 1728 Hudson Street
  • 1780 Hudson Street
  • 1876 Hudson Street
  • 2302 Joyce Avenue
  • 2373 Joyce Avenue
  • 2197 Parkwood Avenue
  • 1945 Republic Avenue
  • 1757 Republic Avenue
  • 2350 Taylor Avenue
  • 1946 Eddystone Avenue

The goal of the project is to provide detention and water quality improvement to rain water that will be redirected from the sanitary sewer system by future Blueprint projects. For more information see the Blueprint Linden project summary.

Construction is expected to begin approximately 1st quarter of 2022, and the estimated construction cost is approximately $4.5 million. Financing is being provided through a below market-rate loan through the OEPA's Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) Program. Prior to granting this loan, the Ohio EPA required a detailed submittal from the Division of Sewerage and Drainage to determine the project's eligibility.
