Ch.50 of the Ohio Fire Code requires Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and Hazardous Materials Inventory Statement (HMIS) be completed and submitted for approval through the Columbus Fire Department (CFD).
The examples below are the required format for submitting your Site Plan that is part of your HMIS.
