To preserve the look and feel of the original printed page, many files available on the City's websites are provided in PDF (Portable Document Format) files. Files ending in ".pdf" are PDF files. In order to view PDF files on your computer, you must have a PDF reader program installed, which are provided free by several software companies such as Adobe or FoxIT.
The reader software will also allow you to open and read PDF's saved on your hard drive or local network drive. To print PDF files from within your reader, use the plugin's print button rather than the browser's print function.
