The GI will provide detention and water quality improvement to storm runoff from the facility. Two fabric walled structures will be constructed over the facility’s dewatering and washdown areas as part of the project. Construction is expected to begin in 4th quarter 2023 and be completed by 4th quarter 2024.

Financing is being provided through a below market-rate loan through the OEPA’s Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) Program. Prior to granting this loan, the Ohio EPA required a detailed submittal from the Division of Sewerage and Drainage to determine the project’s eligibility.
