Find Reports

These online services will allow you to retrieve police reports, and view local crime maps.

Report Request Submission Form
If you would like to submit a Report Request to the Columbus Division of Police, a member of the Records Unit will contact you when your request is completed.

Retrieve an Offense Report
You can find reports one of three ways, by report number, victim's last name or by location. However, this resource provides only limited access to reports filed by the Columbus Division of Police.

Retrieve an Accident (Crash) Report
All Columbus Division of Police electronic accident (crash) reports are submitted to the Ohio Department of Public Safety (ODPS). You may obtain copies of these crash reports via the ODPS website.

View Area Crime Map
Link to the LexisNexis Community Crime Map interface to view crimes reported in your area. This interface helps one search for reported area crimes by state, city, zip code or address.
